These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of école.mu, a platform operated by Keytech Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing école.mu you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

1. Who we are

école.mu is an independent education directory connecting families in Mauritius with secondary schools, tutoring centres, extra-curricular activities, study-abroad providers, and professional training programmes. We are not affiliated with the Ministry of Education, Mauritius Examinations Syndicate (MES), or any education institution listed on the platform.

2. Use of the platform

You may use école.mu to search for education providers, read provider profiles, and contact providers directly. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information when creating or claiming a provider profile.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content in bulk without our written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under the laws of Mauritius.

3. Provider profiles and content

Education providers who claim or create a profile on école.mu are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information they publish. By submitting content (descriptions, images, contact details, fees, timetables), you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent that institution or business.
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The content is not false, misleading, or defamatory.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that violates these terms or that we consider inappropriate, without prior notice.

4. Accuracy of information

école.mu strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date listings. However, we do not verify every detail published by providers and make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information on the platform. You should independently verify critical details — such as school fees, admission requirements, or programme availability — directly with the provider before making any education decision.

5. Free service

Listing on école.mu is currently free for all providers. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future; any such changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing free listings without reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

The école.mu name, logo, design, and original written content are owned by Keytech Ltd and protected under applicable Mauritius law. Provider-submitted content remains the property of the respective provider. By submitting content you grant Keytech Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on école.mu and in related marketing materials.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keytech Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of école.mu, including any loss arising from reliance on information published by a provider. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it.

8. Third-party links

école.mu may contain links to provider websites and external resources. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
